Salvatore SANTAGATA

Salvatore started his carrier in 1995, gaining significant experience in over twenty years of private practice in the field of white collar and corporate crimes.

Salvatore acts as advisor to Italian and foreign corporations in white collar and corporate crimes, tax frauds, labour criminal law, environmental criminal law (including criminal aspects of renewable energies law) and criminal insolvency law.

He has been a partner of NASaW since the firm was founded. Before joining NASaW from 1995 to 2001 Salvatore worked with Studio Legale Associato Stortoni Merlini Meyer in Bologna, and in 2001 he set up his own independent boutique law firm. From 2012 to 2016 Salvatore was a partner of HNF Avvocati.

Salvatore is often a speaker at conferences on criminal law and criminal procedure law, and writes texts for legal textbooks on criminal procedure law.

He graduated in Law maxima cum laude with Bologna University. Salvatore is a member of the Bologna Bar and also admitted to the Supreme Court and other Higher Courts.

Salvatore speaks Italian and English.
